Solo Traveler
The staff in the hotel are nice, but the parking staff (not hotel employees) were a little rude when I was trying to find a space for my car. I would have been much happier with the hotel if the internet in the room was free. The room itself was nice, though, and the bedding was comfortable. The pipes were loud when neighbors would use their showers, like a low, grinding sound, which was annoying. Great staff, convenient location, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. No wireless access, and you have to pay to use the computer in the business center, which was a pain, but not a dealbreaker. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Hotel is located right downtown, near lots of great pubs and restaurants. Fine dining within a 5 minute walk. Great shops just down the street. Perfect location for concerts at the amphitheater.

Overall the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and the stay was comfortable. Dining was difficult. Hotel restaurant only opened between 5:30pm-11pm and room service was difficult to deal with. Food was not worth the extra cost of room service. ...read more

The people right above us started a party at 2am. Needed to call security on them TWICE. It sounded as if the party was in OUR room. Expected better insulation from Hilton. Room was clean. Had to pay for parking AND internet which was disappointing. ...read more

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It was decorated very nicely, giving it an upscale look. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the room (especially at sunrise) was awesome!
